Today I’m excited to welcome Ajit Nawalkha to The Quarter Life Comeback podcast.

Ajit Nawalkha is an entrepreneur, business coach, founder of Evercoach and co-founder of Mindvalley – one of the biggest publishers in the personal development space.

At 30 years old, Ajit had a dream job, a purposeful one, as the CEO of a leading company. But in 2014, he made a decision that he needed to live the greatest expression of himself. He’d become successful on the outside, but unfulfilled on the inside.

This lead Ajit start to putting himself out there more authentically. He started creating videos, started writing his beliefs about business, and started working with authors and coaches who he knew had a powerful message. For the first time, it was not about a get rich quick scheme or a hidden agenda, it was about love. It was for once about honest conversations.

Ajit believes that when it comes to creating a business and a life that you love, it’s all about doing less, not more and his methods have been proven to work again, and again.

All our lives we are taught we need to have goals. That we must chase the next, and then the next. It’s almost like we are trying to catch the horizon or our own shadow. In our interview, Ajit shares an alternative way of looking at goals where we live powerfully in today.

IN THIS EPISODE, YOU WILL LEARN:

  • What to do after achieving your life goal earlier than planned
  • Why you shouldn’t set goals just to prove others wrong
  • Why success doesn’t lead to fulfillment
  • The 3 components of smarter goal setting
  • Why you shouldn’t set short-term goals (and the perfect timeline for doing so)
  • The critically important exercise to do before setting goals
