Today I’m excited to welcome Stefano Ganddini to The Quarter Life Comeback podcast.

Stefano Ganddini is a millennial success coach who helps people find and do the work they were born to do.

Stefano started out his career somewhat similarly to me. He excelled at school and got a scholarship to study engineering at a top university. He then landed a great job at a consulting firm before quitting after 6 months. Stefano then joined a startup for a brief stint before getting fired.

During all this time, he had also been building a popular personal development blog called Collegetopia. Little did he know that what started out as a small, personal side project would eventually turn into something so much bigger.

In just a few years, Collegetopia amassed over 1m views from 200+ countries with features in a number of publications, websites, podcasts and magazines including Business Insider, Lifehacker, Asian Efficiency, College Info Geek, and Life Skills That Matter.

With this in mind, Stefano decided to take a chance on following this interest and launched his own business where he now helps others navigate similar challenges and find meaningful work.
