Coaching (Quarter Life Coaching, to be exact) is a special kind of relationship and investment for those who are ready to make some big changes in their lives (both internally and externally).

As a coach, my job is to help you get clear on what it is you truly want in your life, identify any obstacles standing in the way and empower you to come up with a road map for getting there; to begin your Quarter Life Comeback and become the hero of your life's journey.

I will challenge you to dream big, to expand your belief of what's possible and to start making an impact in the world. I will help you create winning habits and a positive environment to support your vision. And I will be there every step of the way when you or someone else tells you you can't do it.

I guess you're wondering what Quarter Life Coaching actually looks like. Because each client is unique, the process is never identical; the curriculum is YOU! However, when you sign up, you will get:

  • 6 x 60-minute Comeback sessions, meeting every two weeks (2 sessions per month)
  • Unlimited email support in between sessions
  • Initial questionnaire to review before our first session
  • Occasional assignments to complete between sessions to keep you moving forward
  • Goal setting to get clear on what you really want in all areas of your life
  • A personalized Comeback Action Plan and self-care routine for overcoming obstacles and reaching your goals
  • Accountability from me to keep you on track
  • Complete confidentiality (what happens in our calls, stays in our calls)

*Please note: Quarter Life Coaching sessions will not always need to be 60-minutes if you are happy with what we have covered in that session. Investment and other details will be discussed in your free intro call.

  • Q.My life is fine. Why would I need a coach?

    A.I like to compare this to sports. Anyone can play sport, but those who really excel have a coach behind them. Coaching clients typically have a bigger vision for their lives and a coach helps them get there.

  • Q.Does coaching mean I can't figure out my own stuff?

    A.Absolutely not! In fact, it’s quite the opposite. A coach listens closely to your current situation & goals and empowers you to figure out your own solutions. It does not make you weak or weird.

  • Q.What can I expect to achieve by working together?

    A.Quite simply, whatever it is you put your mind and energy into! Throughout coaching we’ll use various techniques to get clear on what you want, what’s currently in the way and how to break through those obstacles to achieve it.

  • Q.How long will we work together?

    A.The initial minimum commitment is 3 months to allow for changes and growth to take place. Thereafter, we’ll continue for as long as you are committed to making progress.

  • Q.How is a coach different from a mentor and/or psychologist?

    A.A mentor shares advice based on his own experience, whereas a coach asks the right questions to help you come up with your own solutions. A psychologist/therapist helps clients deal with their past, whereas a coach focuses on the future.

  • Q.Why is coaching so expensive?

    A.Coaching is an investment in your most important resource: YOU! “Stuff” is cool for a while, but it can’t give you lasting happiness and fulfillment. Coaching, however, does present this opportunity. It is a commitment that has the potential to change your life. What’s that worth to you?
